JAYNE LEIBEL
Snr. Communications Consultant
Jayne is a connector—skilled at bringing clarity, creativity, and heart to complex communications challenges. For more than 15 years, she has helped organizations tell their stories, engage their people, and build brands that inspire trust. Her expertise spans communications strategy, marketing, public relations, and change management—always grounded in the belief that words and actions should align to move people toward shared goals.
At one Canadian Fortune 500 company, Jayne built a national internal communications and engagement program from the ground up—strengthening culture and aligning 3,000 associates across the country to a common vision. Prior to that, she held senior consultant roles within the marketing and PR team at a Provincial Credit Union, creating integrated advertising, sponsorship, and community investment campaigns that elevated brand reputation and deepened member loyalty.
Jayne has a lifelong passion for healthcare and helping others. At the Saskatchewan Health Authority, she supported province-wide health initiatives, coordinated pandemic response messaging, led large-scale media events, and developed patient and community campaigns. Beyond her professional work, Jayne has served as a Medical First Responder for more than 15 years—an experience that deepened her empathy for frontline workers and strengthened her commitment to mental health advocacy. She holds certification in Road to Mental Readiness (first responder suicide prevention) and continues to champion accessible, plain-language communication that fosters trust, resilience, and understanding—especially in times of crisis or change.
Jayne is PROSCI®-certified in change management and holds a degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management. A calm, curious problem-solver, she is known for her thoughtful questions, plain language writing, and ability to turn strategy into clear, human communication.
