The event had a formal yet friendly vibe and was intentionally motivational. In addition to formal presentations by industry and AI topic experts, we used creative facilitation techniques to encourage “connection” and collaboration and ensure there was appropriate time for networking. We found this approach raised satisfaction and engagement levels to an impressive 100 per cent over a 5-year period but more importantly, led to greater audience understanding of the role of AI and how to work with the organization to accelerate transformational technologies that would help Alberta meet its climate leadership goals. Shift Consulting handled all aspects of this event, from branding to invitations, event logistics, speaker coaching, development of presentation materials, facilitation and measurement.
