Backed by a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent, a Digital Marketing Certificate from the University of Calgary, and almost 10-years’ experience ranging from agencies to inhouse communication departments, Robyn is expert in carrying a project from inception to completion. She is also an exceptional writer who is as comfortable creating content for websites as she is for blogs, newsletters, fundraising initiatives, and stewardship programs. She understands the importance of being clear on messaging and always on strategy.

Prior to joining Shift, Robyn held the role of Communications Strategist at the University of Calgary, most notably leading the Giving Day campaign and supporting the university’s fundraising efforts for their $1.3 billion Energize campaign. Robyn loves being part of engagement activities, consultation work and perfectly executed profile-raising events.

Robyn is firmly committed to community, and dedicates some of her spare time to growing the local paddling community and working closely with regional non-profit organizations.
