Sophie is an enthusiastic storyteller and creative thinker. As Shift’s resident Gen Z, her work revolves around social media management, copywriting, and executing communications strategy.

Sophie is a natural relationship-builder. Innately curious, she thrives when developing meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.

As a graduate of the University of Ottawa in International Development with a Minor in Communications, she had the opportunity to practice her skills in communications planning, employee engagement, and media relations with RBC and the Government of Canada. Her experience in the public and private sectors led her to seek out agency work with Shift, and make her first big move across the country from Ontario to Banff, Alberta.

Sophie is passionate about community engagement and active living. In her free time, you’ll find her skiing, hiking, or spending time outdoors with friends and family.
